Manojna Kalapala
- M.S. General Engineering (emphasis on Bioinformatics), 2016
- Lead Business Solution Architect at Deloitte
Manojna Kalapala is a Deloitte-certified Product Manager and Business Solution Architect with extensive experience in digital product management, stakeholder collaboration, and technology-driven innovation. Currently a Lead Business Solution Architect at Deloitte, she specializes in developing sustainability reporting platforms, banking and finance technology solutions, and operational excellence initiatives. With a background in business analysis and agile methodologies, Manojna has successfully led cross-functional teams in industries ranging from agriscience to life sciences and risk management. She holds a Master of Science in General Engineering (Bioinformatics) from San Jose State University and actively mentors students and professionals through San Jose State University’s Alumni Network and Deloitte’s mentorship programs.
Mohammad Fadzrill Aliff bin Fadzhairi

- Quality Engineer at Symbotic
Aliff, a SJSU alumni from Malaysia, is a quality engineer at Symbotic, OhmniLabs team. He manages everything manufacturing-related, from shipping & receiving to production activities, quality control, production improvements, and customer support. Aliff aspires to be an expert in the manufacturing field to help companies with operational efficiency and implement new technologies while having sustainable and environmentally conscious practices
Shanivi Gupta

- UX Designer at Codified
Shanivi Gupta is a UX Designer with a Master’s in Human Factors and Ergonomics from San Jose State University. She has experience in both startups and enterprise environments, focusing on AI-driven products, workflow optimization, and enhancing user experiences. Currently, she is designing AI data governance solutions at Codified, an early-stage startup. Passionate about mentoring and knowledge-sharing, Shanivi also shares insights on UX, job searching, and studying abroad.
Utsav Jain

- Senior Software Engineer at Corning Wireless
Utsav Jain is a Senior Software Engineer working at Corning Wireless for the last 6 years. He graduated from SJSU with a Masters in Software Engineering with a Specialization in Cloud and Virtualization technologies. Utsav works with technologies like AWS, kubernetes, etc. He is also the president and co-founder of the SJSU International Alumni Network (IAN). The aim of IAN is to create a community of SJSU international alumni and friends.
